Approval of FY23 Contracts to Provide Supportive Housing Vouchers for Families and Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

Transmitted herewith for City Council consideration and approval of FY23 supportive housing
voucher contracts, funded with General Fund, that were not listed on the FY23 Approved
Budget. These contracts are needed in order to meet an urgent need for supportive housing
vouchers in our community. The contracts will provide supportive housing vouchers for families
and individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. Without the supportive housing
vouchers being provided to the families and individuals experiencing homelessness, they will
remain unhoused and be in places not meant for human habitation.
The contracts are listed below. The contracts will be executed up to and not to exceed the indicated amounts.
