Ms. Hawkins is dedicated, generous, loyal, helpful, respectful, and kind and would be a great advocate for the Biopark. She was a member of the Junior League for over 10 years and she would appreciate another opportunity to serve the community.

A resident of Council District 4, Ms. Hawkins will fill a vacancy and serve as the representa...
