Approval is requested for the Department of Family and Community Services (FCS) to allocate unutilized Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds from Program Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 to the Program Year 2021 ESG Activities. Unallocated funding originally intended for the programs below in previous program years will be allocated to these same agencies for Program Year 2021.
The amounts and projects, as listed in the Second and Third Substantial Amendments to the 2021 Annual Action Plan, are as follows:
