Tim is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for melding business and social impact. He spent the last decade working on community development in Albuquerque, and as a nonprofit executive director, saw the need for stable and business-based revenue and the opportunity to use real estate to help investors generate profit and also make a real, local impact. Over the last decade, Tim has managed the rehab of 90+ rental units in Albuquerque, built a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties and helped others accomplish their goals, building their portfolio one investment at a time. As former CEO of the Rio Grande Community Development Corporation and the SINC Nonprofit Incubator, Tim worked to support community leaders through building operational structures around big ideas, executing on broad visions to help achieve real impact. As the former director of the nonprofit South Valley Economic Development Center, he worked with hundreds of business and food entrepreneurs to develop their businesses, and helped establish and grow the Mixing Bowl Community Kitchen to be one of the largest kitchen incubators in the U.S. Tim is also the founder of TEDxABQ, served as executive director and curator from 2009 to 2014, and currently sits on the TEDxABQ Boar...
