Tsiporah Nephesh founded New Mexico Thrives in December 2016 to be a collective voice for and advocate on behalf of New Mexico's nonprofit sector. Prior to founding New Mexico Thrives, Tsiporah was Program Coordinator for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, United Way of Central New Mexico from 2006 to 2016.
A resident of Council District 2, Ms. Nephesh will continue to serve in an At-Large position on the Board and her second term will expire April 18, 2023.
