Prior to founding New Mexico Thrives, Tsiporah was Program Coordinator for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, United Way of Central New Mexico from 2006 to 2016. A resident of Council District 2, Ms. Nephesh will continue to serve in an At-Large position on the Board and her second term will expire April 18, 2023. |
