AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE INSPIRATION PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS TO THE GOVERNING BODY, PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ACT, NMSA 1978, ?? 5-11-1 TO -27 (2001, AS AMENDED THROUGH 2019) AND CITY ENACTMENT NO. R-2020-038; AND REPEALING ALL ACTIONS INCONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.
Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned in City Enactment No. R-2020-038, adopted on April 20, 2020 (the "Formation Resolution"), except as otherwise defined in this Resolution, or unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
WHEREAS, Section 6 of the Formation Resolution, City Enactment No. R-2020-038, setup the composition of the Board based on City staff or Applicant position, but did not name specific appointees, or Treasurer and Clerk appointments; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Finance and Administrative Services/ CPA position on the Board will be replaced by a Council Services Staff member, due to availability of staff to serve; and
WHEREAS, the terms of all initial Governing Body members shall be six years.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE:
Section 1. Section 6 of City Enactment No. R-2020-038 is hereby amended as follows:
"Section 6. District Governance.
