AUTHORIZING THE GIVING OF NOTICES FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS CONSISTING OF $56,360,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION GENERAL PURPOSE BONDS, SERIES 2026A, AND $8,250,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION STORM SEWER BONDS, SERIES 2026B.
WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Albuquerque (the "City"), in the County of Bernalillo and State of New Mexico, at its municipal election of November 4, 2025, was given authority to issue general obligation bonds in the principal amounts stated in the schedule (the "Bond Schedule") shown below under the column entitled "Authorized at 2025 Election" (the "Authorized Bonds"); and
