Metropolitan Redevelopment’s State of New Mexico Trails+ grant request for
Central Crossing

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency submitted a grant request of $500,000 to the State Outdoor Recreation Division’s Trails+ grant competition. If awarded, this grant will help to fund the Central Crossing bridge downtown. A $500,000 match is required, which the City will use a State award of $10,000,000 to cover. Award notifications are expected later this year.
