I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Albuquerque Energy Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 14-8-5-3.

David Mueller is a project manager for the largest electrical contractor in New Mexico. David has managed projects including energy conservation, data centers, solar, and lighting rebate programs. As a project manager David understands the challenges associated with ensuring a project has the most modern LEED and green initiatives. David extensive construction background includes projects in New Mexico, Arizona, and New York. Recently, David has been working with Business Intelligence groups to incorporate AI and advanced technologies to increase project productivity. David's detailed knowledge in Earned Value Management and Cost Accounting makes him an excellent addition to any planning and monitoring stages of a project.
A resident of Council District 4, Mr. David A. Mueller will serve the remainder of an unexpired term as an At-Large representative on the Council; his partial term will expire on April 30, 2025.
