First Amendment to Lease Agreement between City of Albuquerque and Vizionz-Sankofa

The proposed amendment will allow the City to waive insurances that are not applicable to tenants operation. The City’s Risk Management Department has approved a waiver of Commercial Automobile Liability coverage as the tenant does not have any business vehicles and personal vehicles are not utilized for business purposes. Risk Management has also approved a waiver of Sexual Molestation Coverage as the tenant will have no unsupervised or one-on-one contact with children or compromised adults.
This Lease Amendment is forwarded to City Council for approval.
