City of Albuquerque Labor-Management Relations Ordinance, multi-year Collective Bargaining Agreement with Albuquerque Police Officers Association

Pursuant to Section 3-2-19 of the City of Albuquerque Labor-Management Relations Ordinance, please be advised the Mayor has executed a multi-year collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the Albuquerque Police Officers’ Association (APOA) for three years.   A copy of the CBA is attached for your information. The APOA CBA includes salary compensation increases of 5.0% for FY/24 and a minimum of 4.0% for FY/25. 

 

The economic terms above are subject to appropriation in the budget resolution process in and for each respective fiscal year. Adoption, acceptance, or approval of this Executive Communication by Council does not constitute a future appropriation of such funds.
