ADOPTING THE FY 2024 - FY 2025 TWO-YEAR URBAN ENHANCEMENT

TRUST FUND PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE URBAN

ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM’S PROJECTS.

WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Urban Enhancement Committee have

formulated the Urban Enhancement Program for the City of Albuquerque, in

conformance with Section 4-2-1 ROA 1994; and

WHEREAS, the development of the Urban Enhancement Program describes

the proposed uses of the Urban Enhancement Trust Fund earnings anticipated

during the upcoming two fiscal years; and

WHEREAS, the Two-Year Program’s projects will significantly benefit the

      quality of life of the City of Albuquerque.                     

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF

ALBUQUERQUE:

Section 1. That the UETF Committee shall work with the Arts and Culture Department to develop the Resiliency Residence II program for artists and fiscal sponsorship funding criteria, application and final award amount to each artist, in a manner that furthers the diversity, equity, inclusion and access initiatives undertaken within the UETF funding framework, as part of the FY24-25 regular funding cycle.

Section 2. That the Two-Year program, FY2024 and FY2025, for the Urban

Enhancement projects is approved.

Section 3. That the following project funds are hereby appropriated as

indicated below and that the project descriptions as attached may only be

amended as provided in Section 2-12-4 ROA 1994.
