Per Article XII, Section 3 of the City Charter, the City Council is required to appoint three members to the City’s Board of ethics and Campaign Practices. The term of one of the City Council’s members on the Board, Mr. Joshua Martinez, ends July 31, 2023. Mr. Martinez is eligible for reappointment and is willing to continue to serve on the Board.
Mr. Martinez’s resume has been published on the City Clerk’s web page as required by the City Charter and is attached for your review.
Should Mr. Martinez be re-appointed, the members of the Board of Ethics and their terms would be:
