Mayor's appointment of Ms. Caryn Wagner to the Arts Board

I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Arts Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 10-5-3.

Ms. Wagner is a former artist and teacher of ceramics. She has a passion for bringing beauty into her surroundings including her abundant flowering garden and her baking. She studied the performing and visual arts in her youth after realizing that she couldn't see herself doing anything else.She is well traveled and appreciates the visions of all cultures. Her exposure to the fine arts while living in Manhattan gives her a discerning eye in both the visual and performing arts.
A resident of Council District 6, Ms. Wagner will serve as a district representative on the board; her first term will expire July 31, 2025.
