I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Greater
Albuquerque Active Transportation Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 14-13-3-6.

Mr. Hill is a regular commuter on the ART Bus and a junior at the University of New Mexico, where he's studying Community Planning. Having lived in a diversity of places, from the rural mountains of New Hampshire to the dense metropolis of Taipei, Hill has a unique perspective on the tactics, benefits, and difficulties that a community must overcome to create an environment that fosters active transit. He hopes to bring both his education and personal experiences to the table in order to create a more sustainable, walkable, and healthy community here in Albuquerque

A resident of Council District 5, Mr. Hill will fill a vacancy and serve as the Youth representative on the Committee; hir first term will expire April 1, 2025.
