Mayor's appointment of Mr. Joseph Greenberg to the Youth Advisory Council

I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Youth
Advisory Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 2-6-7-1.

APPOINTEE NAME TERM Mr. Joseph Greenberg May 1, 2025 Albuquerque, NM 87110 Mr. Greenberg is a student currently enrolled as a Junior at Albuquerque High School who is interested in expanding his civic involvement through this council. His background includes exposure to Albuquerque's creative arts community and is interested in pursuing a career in film. He is a reliable team player interested in community collaboration. While he has never participated in a formal government committee or council, he has been able to apply these qualities to programs such as his high school mock trial team and National Honors Society cohort. He is excited for the opportunity to be considered for participation on this council. A resident of Council District 7, Mr. Greenberg will fill a vacancy and serve in an At-Large position on the Board; his first term will expire May 1, 2025. |
