I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Information Services Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 2-6-3-1.

Mr. Reynolds has been in telecommunications since 1973, working in voice, data, physical security, CCTV, infrastructure - inside, outside plant, cellular, IoT (internet of things), smart technologies - buildings, cities, etc. He oversees a 10M budget with the second largest telephone system in New Mexico which includes UNM, UNM Hospital, Health Sciences Center, and Branch campuses throughout NM. He has served on numerous telecommunications committees with the University as well as outside agencies throughout the United States on issues of telecommunications infrastructure, 911 design, and smart technologies, among other things. He is a cellular subject matter expert. Mr. Reynolds is also a board member for Big Brother Big Sister and the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions' apprenticeship program.
A resident of Council District 4, Mr. Reynolds will serve as an At Large member on the Committee, replacing Dr. Stephen Burd, whose term has expired. Mr. Reynolds' first term will expire January 1, 2025.
