Correcting the Term Expiration Dates for Personnel Board Members Bernard R. Toon and John R. Castillo

I am submitting for your advice and consent corrections to the term expiration dates for Personnel Board members Bernard R. Toon and John R. Castillo.
The City of Albuquerque Personnel Board Ordinance ? 3-1-4, section A, specifies that members shall serve 2 year terms. However, in reviewing Personnel Board member appointments, we have found that errors were made in calculating the term expiration dates for current members Bernard R. Toon and John Castillo.
EC 20-134: Appointed Bernard R. Toon to a first term replacing Karl R. Braithwaite whose term expired September 1, 2020. This communication is to correct the expiration of Mr. Toon's first term from September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2022.
EC 20-155 and EC 21-382: EC 20-155 Appointed Mr. John R. Castillo to a second term on the Personnel Board following expiration of his first term September 1, 2020. Mr. Castillo was subsequently elected by his fellow Personnel Board members to serve as the Board Elected chair and the Council confirmed the change in his membership position via EC 21-382. This communication is to correct the expiration of Mr. Castillo's second term as noted in EC's 20-155 and 21-382 from September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2022.
