THE CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE ARE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ARTICLE 1, SECTION 1, “REGULAR MEETINGS” OF THE CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
“Section 1. Regular Meetings. The regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico (“City Council”) shall be held at the times specified in Section 2-1-1 of the Revised Ordinances of Albuquerque, New Mexico 1994 and in resolutions adopted consistent with that ordinance section; meetings are normally held in the Vincent E. Griego Chambers, Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Government Center beginning at [5 3:00] p.m. and ending no later than 10:30 p.m.”
SECTION 2. ARTICLE 3, SECTION 7, “AMENDMENTS/FLOOR SUBSTITUTES” OF THE CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
“Section 7. Amendments/Floor Substitutes. …. Any committee or floor amendments shall be distributed to all Councilors by [5:00 3:00] p.m. on the day of the Committee of the Whole or City Council Meeting where they will be considered.”
