I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for re-appointment to the Youth
Advisory Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 2-6-7-1.

Ms. Trinity Velasquez has spent the past 16 years as a military dependent and has lived on various military bases around the country. Ms. Velasquez loves to read, enjoys music and playing guitar. Ms. Velasquez is also is an amateur tattoo artist and enjoys all forms of art. Because of her years spent as a military dependent Ms. Velasquez has been exposed to numerous communities and has been able to learn and see community needs from several economic backgrounds. Ms. Velasquez brings with her the compassion and willingness to get involved with her community. Although she has spent her life outside of Albuquerque she has deep roots in the Albuquerque community with a majority of her family residing within the metro area. Ms. Velasquez would like to be involved in creating a better community for her own and other generations to come.
A resident of Council District 6, Ms. Velasquez will serve in an At-Large position on the Board and her first term will expire May 1, 2024.
