Jessica DuVerneay is the Director of Design at RS21 and leads user experience research & design (UX), digital strategy, information architecture, information visualization, and user interface (UI) design. She joined RS21 in 2018.Leading and supporting teams of creative designers that turn research, business needs, and strategy into inspiring, insightful, intuitive, human centered tools is her favorite thing to do. She has 13+ years of experience in the field of design, lead the first World IA Day, co-chaired the 2015 IA Summit, and frequently speaks at national design and UX/IA conferences. In addition to her professional experience as a senior leader of one of Albuquerque's most reputable design-focused businesses (RS21) Jessica's strengths are in the areas of art, art history, and design. She prides herself on being humorous, smart, organized, dependable, and down-to-earth, and would love to contribute her skills, time, and talents to the Albuquerque community and an Indicators Progress Commission member in 2021.

A non-City resident, Ms. DuVerneay will fill a vacant, at-large position on the Board and her first term will expire January 31, 2024.
