Albuquerque Energy Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 14-8-5-3.

Gabe Pacyniak is an associate professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law. He teaches primarily in the school's natural resources and environmental law clinic, which provides law and policy representation to low-income and underserved communities on a broad range of environment, energy, and natural resources issues. In addition to his work in the clinic, Gabe's teaching, scholarship, and policy work focuses on climate change and clean energy issues. Gabe previously managed the climate change mitigation program at the Georgetown Climate Center, where he led work to support states on climate and clean energy policies. Gabe holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law and B.A. from the New College of Florida.

A resident of Council District 7, Mr. Pacyniak will fill a vacancy as an At-Large member of the Council and his partial-term will expire April 30, 2021.
