I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Affordable Housing Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Resolution
No. R-06-159, Enactment No. 2007-011.

Ms. Wolfley is a city planner with experience in Washington, D.C., Phoenix, and Albuquerque. She began her career as an intern with an affordable housing agency in Wash., D.C. and helped co-author a book on Accessory Apartment Dwellings. She received her Master in City Planning Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She currently works as the Associate Director in the Planning Department and she is Chair of the Development Review Board.
A resident of Council District 5, Mrs. Wolfley will serve as the Planning Department Representative on the Committee. Her first term will expire June 1, 2023.
