Leticia G. Trujillo currently works in Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) Educational Technology Department providing technology integration at both the school and district levels. She specializes in providing technology integration to Bilingual and English as a Second Language (ESL) schools. Prior to her current position, Leticia worked in Teaching and Learning Systems and Language and Cultural Equity for over 10 years, where she helped pilot online professional development for her entire school district. In addition, Mrs. Trujillo was responsible for upholding Office for Civil Rights compliance for all English Language Learners through her developed Teaching English Language Learners (TELL) online and in-person training courses for all district personnel. Leticia has served her community by participating as a volunteer and/or serving on boards with organizations such as the MANA de Albuquerque, MANA National, Hispano Round Table, ENLACE, Young Women United, Hispanic Heritage Committee, National Latino Behavioral Health Association, Running 505, Cuidando Los Ni?os, Barrett House, and Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity. Mrs. Trujillo is passionate about helping empower our diverse community population through education, leadership development, community service and advocacy.
