I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Affordable Housing Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Resolution
No. R-06-159, Enactment No. 2007-011.

Mr. Maden is the current CIP Strategic Program Coordinator for the City of Albuquerque. Formerly from Parks and Recreation, he has 17 years experience in program creation for underserved and low income communities, as well as facility management and maintenance.
A resident of Council District 7, Mr. Maden will serve as the Department of Municipal Development Representative on the Committee replacing Mr. Mark Motsko. His first term will expire June 1, 2023.
