I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for re-appointment to the EMS
Providers Advisory Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 25-1999;

Mr. Scott B. Wilson August 15, 2023 3121 Blume Street NE Albuquerque, NM 87111-4948 Scott has been involved in the EMS industry for 28 years. Scott began as an EMT-Basic in 1992, and rose through the ranks to become a Paramedic in 2004. During this time, Scott has held nearly every position within the organization, from EMT-Basic through Interim Director of Operations. Scott have held the position of CQI Officer for nearly 15 year, and the status of Paramedic for 16 years. Scott also holds his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, and a Minor in Business Management. He is also holds a State of New Mexico Instructor/Coordinator certification, and is a part time Faculty instructor for the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine, EMS Academy; teaching at the EMT-Basic, Intermediate, and Paramedic levels. Scott holds his American Heart Association Instructor certification as a BLS-HCP, ACLS, and PALS Instructor. |

Mr. Wilson will continue to serve in an EMT Ambulance Service Position on the Committee, and his second term will expire August 15, 2023.
