Authorize supplemental agreement for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) IT services through December 31, 2020 and add $24,000 to the contract for a total of $124,000

The Department of Family and Community Services wishes to enter into a second supplemental agreement with Phoenix Consulting for the purpose of application administration and end user support for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) database. The total cost of the contract is $124,000.

 

The cost of the original agreement was $50,000. An additional 50.000 was added with the first supplemental agreement to cover the cost of project completion. The Division of Behavioral Health and Wellness is requesting an additional $24,000 to retain the current contactor to provide application administration and end user support for the ACT database through December 31, 2020. This contract is funded using General Funds.

 

The Department of Family and Community Services respectfully forwards this request to the Council for consideration and action.
