Mrs. Regina Dubay has been living in Albuquerque since 1985, has enjoyed a successful career with Bank of the West, retiring in 2002 as Vice President/Manager in Retail Banking. She has been an active golfer having joined the Puerto Del Sol Ladies Golf Association approx. 15 years ago. Ms. Dubay has served on some Boards and many committees in her professional courier as well as having a great passion for the City of Albuquerque and its Golf Courses
A resident of Council District 8, Ms. Dubay will serve as the Puerto Del Sol Women's representative. Her first term will expire December 31, 2023.
