I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Open
Space Advisory Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 14-13-3-7.

Taylor is an attorney who was born and raised in Albuquerque. Throughout his career, Taylor has been a community organizer and advocate for numerous issues. He has extensive experience working reviewing and analyzing data, city ordinances, and state statute, to prepare oral and written recommendations. Further, Taylor has a strong working-relationship with various elected officials and community leaders.
In all, Taylor has the experience and skillset to be a strong advocate for Albuquerque's Open Spaces; to ensure that our open spaces continue to be available and open to Albuquerque Residents and provide the experiences that only our open spaces can provide. Additionally, Taylor believes that access to these open spaces should be encouraged throughout the entire community.
A resident of Council District 2, Mr. Bui will fill an At-Large position on the Board. His first term will expire September 1, 2023.
