AUTHORIZING THE GIVING OF NOTICES FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS CONSISTING OF $67,830,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION GENERAL PURPOSE BONDS, SERIES 2020A, $11,210,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION STORM SEWER BONDS, SERIES 2020B AND $57,430,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2020D.
WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Albuquerque (the "City"), in the County of Bernalillo and State of New Mexico, at its municipal election of November 5, 2019, was given authority to issue general obligation bonds in the principal amounts stated in the schedule shown (the "Bond Schedule") below under the column entitled "Authorized at 2019 Election" (the "Authorized Bonds"); and
