I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Greater
Albuquerque Bicycling Advisory Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 14-13-3-6.

Ms. Robin J. Allen is a 21 year Veteran of Ironman Distance and all distance Triathlon, a certified USA Triathlon Coach, certified USA Cycling Coach and has been in the personal training fitness business since 1980. Ms. Allen owns a race management and coaching business, her bike is her business. She is an experienced defensive rider who would like to see Albuquerque be a safer place for all cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts at all levels and seeks to see an increased respect for those who do not operate a vehicle.
A resident of District 4, Ms. Allen will serve as an At-Large member on the Committee and her first term will expire April 1, 2022.
