AMENDING THE CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE ARTICLE III, SECTION 4.A. RELATING TO THE ORDER OF BUSINESS.

                     Section 1.  Article III, Section 4.A., Order of Business, is hereby amended as follows:

“Section 4.                     Order of Business. 

A.                     The City Council shall consider business in the following order:

(1)                     Roll Call

(2)                     Moment of Silence

                     Pledge of Allegiance in English and Spanish and any other language as determined by the Council.

(3)                     Proclamations & Presentations

(4)                     Economic Development Discussion

(5)                     Administration Question & Answer Period

(6)                     Approval of Journal

(7)                     Communications and Introductions

(8)                     Reports of Committees

(9)                     Consent Agenda

(10)                     General Public Comments
