I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for reappointment to the EMS
Providers Advisory Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 25-1999;

Mr. Jim Allday began EMS in 1977 and has spent the past 40 years serving the community through emergency medical operations. He is currently and instructor for the Trauma Nurse Core Course and has worked in the EMS arena in Albuquerque for eleven years. His many years of experience working in the medical field will bring a unique perspective to this Committee.
A resident of Edgewood, Mr. Allday will represent EMT Ambulance Service on the Committee, and his second term will expire August 15, 2022.
