He is a Block Captain and the newly elected President of the Vista del Norte Alliance Neighborhood Association. He also serves as Secretary for the District 4 Coalition of Neighborhood Associations A resident of Council District 4, Mr. Souter will serve on the Board representing his district and replacing Ms. Roxanne A. Turley whose term has expired. His first term will expire September 30, 2022. |
