Mayor’s Recommendation of Award to Trillium Transportation Fuels for “Daytona CNG Station”

The City of Albuquerque’s Transit Department, in conjunction with the Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, issued the RFP for the Daytona CNG Station.
The RFP was posted on the Purchasing E-Procurement, Sicomm.net website on December 4, 2018 and advertised in the Albuquerque Journal.
The City received a total of (4) responses to the solicitation for “Daytona CNG Station”. After scoring and evaluation by the ad hoc evaluation committee it was determined the top (2) firms would be interviewed which were Trillium Transportation Fuels and Clean Energy. The ad hoc evaluation committee evaluated and scored the interview responses, in accordance with the evaluation criteria published in the RFP and found Trillium Transportation Fuels to be both responsive and most qualified and recommends an award to Trillium Transportation Fuels.
I concur with this recommendation.
The City of Albuquerque’s Transit Department will manage this contract.
