Adopting The Federal Projects Priorities List For Federal Fiscal Years 2024 And 2025. Rescinding The Priorities List Attached To Resolution-24-2 (Bassan, Peña and Grout)

WHEREAS, Resolution (R)-24-2 Adopts the City of Albuquerque’s Federal Priorities for Fiscal Years (FY) 2024/2025. The Resolution includes an attached list of priority City projects consistent with the funding goals of the City of Albuquerque and the New Mexico Congressional Delegation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Albuquerque in April of 2024 submitted applications for FY 2025 Congressional Directed Spending Grants for projects listed in the priority list attached to R-2-24 and additional projects not yet listed; and
WHEREAS, the City Albuquerque desires to update the priority list in R-24-2 to include the complete project list submitted for the FY 25 Congressionally Directed Spending Grants.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE:
SECTION 1. That the attachment to R-2-24 is rescinded and replaced with Attachment 1 to this Resolution.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution and the attachment be presented and delivered to members of the Congressional Delegation.
