Andrew Keleher is an experienced educator and banking professional based in Albuquerque, with a background in English literature and client services. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Mexico and spent three years teaching high school English, where he developed curriculum and supported student success in writing and critical thinking.
In addition to teaching, Andrew served as an assistant rugby coach, helping student-athletes build discipline, teamwork, and confidence both on and off the field. He currently works as an Associate Banker with JPMorgan Chase, where he guides clients toward stronger financial health while adhering to sound banking practices.
Earlier in his career, Andrew held a leadership role as a shift manager, overseeing operations and staff coordination in a fast-paced environment. Across his roles, he brings strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to helping individuals succeed in both academic and financial settings.
A resident of Council District 7, Mr. Keleher will replace Ms. Luciana S. Ro?a and serve as the Southeast representative on the Committee; their first term will expire April 1, 2028.
