I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for reappointment to the
Albuquerque Housing Authority Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Resolution 10-97.

Rayellen is a retired CPA with 30 years of experience in Public Accounting at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). Currently, Rayellen is President of Indivisible Albuquerque with broad skills in accounting, auditing, leadership, measurement, data, organizational development, and learning and development, Rayellen is known for her problem-solving abilities, ability to bring groups to consensus and leadership qualities.
A resident of Council District 2, Ms. Smith, will continue to serve as the CPA representative on the Board; her second term will expire on December 1, 2028.
