I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Personnel Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 3-1-4.

Jill Riester is the co-CEO of Delta Management Group, a local business that provides consulting services to nonprofit organizations in New Mexico. She brings years of experience with leadership and human resources management, including a certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. During her time at Delta, Jill has helped nonprofit organizations with a range of human resources projects, including staff surveys and assessments, hiring processes, organizational chart development, navigating difficult situations, and guidance/mentorship. Jill was born in Albuquerque and raised in Oklahoma, then came back to Albuquerque after college. After over 30 years in Albuquerque, Jill has a deep love and appreciation for this city and the State of New Mexico.
A resident of Council District 6, Ms. Riester will fill a vacancy and serve as a Management representative on the board. Her first term will expire on September 1, 2026.
