Christopher Faverino serves as the People and Operations Director at The Arc of New Mexico, a statewide nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has a background in Human Resources and operational leadership across multiple sectors, including nonprofit, fulfillment, and construction.
Christopher is deeply committed to equity, accessibility, and building community-centered systems. His experience includes developing strategic policies, leading inclusive hiring initiatives, and overseeing programs that serve individuals who rely on paratransit and other accessibility services.
He focuses on creating efficient, people-centered solutions that strengthen public services and improve the quality of life for residents across Albuquerque.
A resident of Council District 8, Mr. Christopher Faverino will fill a vacancy and serve as an Agency Representative on the Board; his first term will expire September 30, 2028.
