Indicators Progress Commission in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Resolution 2-1-13.

For the past 20 years, Ms. Hebard has served in various groups and on various boards with water as a central theme. As a chemist, lawyer and water planner, she would like to bring her knowledge to the table when reviewing how Albuquerque has been doing and where it may need to head, especially in light of the climatic changes we are already experiencing. |

|
|
A resident of Council District 2, Ms. Hebard will fill a vacancy and serve as an At-Large representative on the Commission; her first term will expire January 31, 2027. |
