Mayor’s Recommendation of Award RIN Credit Management for Renewable Natural Gas

The Department of Finance and Administrative Services, Purchasing Division, issued the subject solicitation in conjunction with the Transit Department for RIN (Renewable Identification Number) Credit Management for Renewable Natural Gas.
The Solicitation was posted on the Purchasing website on February 26, 2026, and advertised on Social Media. Offerors had until March 28, 2026, to submit their proposals. The number of responses received for evaluation was eight (8).
The Ad Hoc Evaluation Committee evaluated and scored the response in accordance with the evaluation criteria published in the RFP and recommended awarding the contract to STX Commodities, LLC.
I concur with this recommendation. The City of Albuquerque’s Transit Department will manage the contract.
