Albuquerque Recreational Trails Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 2-6-17.

Nancy Tankersley brings more than four decades of experience in insurance claims, investigations, and client services, including long tenures with State Farm, Rosenfelt Barlow Barber & Borg, and Kemper Insurance. Her work has ranged from accident reconstruction and mediation to managing complex homeowners and auto claims. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Sociology, she was recognized by faculty as the Outstanding Sociology Student. Nancy is also an active community volunteer, having served with organizations such as the Albuquerque Zoological Society, United Way, and the Flagstaff Community Soup Kitchen. As a frequent horseback rider and former cyclist on the Bosque trails, she hopes to bring firsthand insight into trail use and issues to the board.
A resident of City Council District 2, Mrs. Nancy Tankersley will fill a vacancy and serve as an Equestrian Interest Representative on the Committee; their first term will expire on June 30, 2026.
