I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for reappointment to the Urban
Enhancement Trust Fund in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 4-2-1-3.

Mary Schmidt February 1, 2029 Albuquerque, NM 87110 Mary is now retired from over three decades of business and nonprofit work. Her last position, just prior to retirement, was Executive Director of OFFCenter Community Arts Project. She led the nonprofit through over 2.5 years of the global pandemic and left it in solid financial position. She held executive positions in global technology companies, and was an independent consultant working with nonprofits, established companies and start-ups. She is a past Director of Development for The Coe Center for the Arts in Santa Fe and Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity and has served on numerous boards. Mary Schmidt will continue to serve as an At Large representative on the committee; her second term will expire on February 1, 2029. |
