I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Senior
Affairs Advisory Council in accordance with a Joint Powers Agreement between the City of
Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque and the Village of
Tijeras.

Mr. Louis Carlentine September 30, 2022 4731 Taylor Ridge Rd NW Albuquerque, NM 87120 Mr. Carlentine has thirty five years’ experience in hospital, medical group management, and management in care contracting for senior long term care facilities. Mr. Carlentine has been in health care and has served on various Boards, civic and professional organizations in California. A resident of Council District 1, Mr. Carlentine will serve as a City representative on the Council replacing Ms. Debby Knots whose term has expired, and his first term will expire September 30, 2022.
