I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for reappointment to the

Affordable Housing Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Resolution

No. R-06-159, Enactment No. 2007-011.

Ms. Chloe Mae Caswell                                                                   June 1, 2028 Albuquerque, NM 87106 Chloe is seeking reappointment to the Affordable Housing Committee, where she has served as a Low- and Moderate-Income Advocate for the past two years. During her time on the committee, she has developed a strong understanding of Albuquerque’s housing landscape, including affordability gaps, barriers to access, and the connection between housing instability and family wellbeing. Her continued service will provide valuable continuity and practical insight to the committee’s work. Chole has a professional background in homelessness and housing services in both Seattle and Albuquerque and currently manages a program serving families impacted by developmental disabilities, substance use, and housing instability. She holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin in African and African Diaspora Studies and is passionate about housing equity, stability for families, and improving access to affordable housing in Albuquerque Chloe Mae Caswell will continue to serve as the Low- and Moderate-Income Advocate on the Committee. Her second term will expire June 1, 2028.
