I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Urban
Enhancement Trust Fund in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 4-2-1-3.

Ms. Melora Palmer February 1, 2027 Albuquerque, NM 87102 Melora Palmer is the Executive Director of Global Ties ABQ, a US State Dept sponsored local non-profit organization which hosts international exchange programs into ABQ. She has over 20 years' experience living and working internationally in the private and public sectors. She has been an avid supporter of civic engagement wherever she lived and has been deeply involved in the ABQ political, cultural and social communities since her return to the Enchanted State in 2017. She is an avid cyclist and ardent user of ABQ's public spaces. A resident of Council District 6, Ms. Palmer will replace Mr. Stanley Allen, and serve as the as the Council District 6 representative on the Board, her first term will expire February 1, 2027. |
