I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Small
Business Regulatory Advisory Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 13-14-4.

Mr. Anderson is a native of Albuquerque and attended APS, NMSU, and UNM. He earned is MBA from UNM in 2001. Mr. Anderson worked in the financial services industry for 26 years (1996-2022) holding various senior (Senior Vice President) and executive (Chief Experience Officer) positions with local and regional financial institutions, His experience in those roles included sales, operations, marketing, efficiency/process improvement, and employee development. As Chief Experience Officer at a NM-based credit union, he supervised approximately 350 FTE (full time equivalents). In 2022, Mr. Anderson opened a new business venture in Albuquerque, Wet Paws Mobile Pet Grooming. The office for Wet Paws is in Albuquerque and, so far, six jobs have been created. |
