APPOINTEE NAME TERM Dr. Sylvia M. Ramos June 1, 2024 Albuquerque, NM 87104 Dr. Sylvia M. Ramos is a retired physician, property owner in Old Town since 1999, and a resident since 2003. She is a resident of Council District 2 who believes citizens should contribute to the well-being of their communities. As such she is engaged in numerous professional and civic organizations and has been a member of the Historic Old Town Property Owners Association for many years. She is interested in keeping Old Town as a traditional place where history and culture are celebrated and the community (residents, property owners, merchants, artists) thrives. On a personal basis, Dr. Ramos is thoughtful, engaged, friendly, objective and reliable. She has served as a "Merchant/Property Owner" on the Old Town Plaza Portal Vendors Board since 2018. A resident of Council District 2, Dr. Ramos will continue to serve as Merchant/Property Owner representative on the Board. Her second term will expire June 1, 2024.
